We do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs for guests. We run a tight schedule while maintaining such a large building with multiple units. Most of the time we have to flip the unit from a guest checking out in the morning for another guest that will be arriving that afternoon. We have set a 10:00am check-out and 4:00pm check-in because it takes about 6 hours to clean each unit. We ask that you respect our rules as we try to make sure every guest’s experience meets our extremely high standard.
Yes! Guests may drop their bags behind the front desk before 4pm. However, we do not have a full-time attendant at the building so they will be unsupervised until check-in.
We have many guests that choose to do this and have never had any issues. We do have a locked front door that with an access code that only guests receive. We also have several security cameras in the lobby.
Upon check-in, you will receive your username & password for free Wi-Fi during your stay.

Yes! Our in-house catering staff provides a multitude of services for our guests including grocery delivery. Please reach out to us and we would be happy to get you in contact with a member of our food & beverage team to discuss further.
There is no guest parking on the premises. The spaces in the garage are strictly prohibited from guest use. The closest available parking is across the street in the surface lot or metered parking right behind the building. We are not associated with either the surface lot or street parking so please abide by all rules listed. There will be a $250/day charge for any guest found parking in the building.
Yes! Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer as needed throughout your stay. There are laundry pods in the laundry room.
Yes! You may ship packages to the building, we just ask that they arrive after you have already checked in. We do not have a full-time attendant at the building to receive packages so if a delivery arrives with no one present, the package may be returned to the sender.
Please be sure to keep track of your two key fobs throughout your stay. We do not have a full-time attendant at the building so if you lose your key fob you will only be able to access your unit via the stairwell. Please reach out through your booking platform and we will be able to assist during office hours. There is a $100 fee for a lost key fob.
Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises and are subject to a $500 violation charge.
Service animals are allowed, but we must receive all proper documentation as well as $150 for pet cleaning fee.
Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony/patio but not inside the property. Smoking inside the property is strictly forbidden and can result in a $500 violation charge.
No parties or events are allowed at the building without prior approval. If you are interested, please reach out to us via email or text and we can help facilitate.
Upon check-out, you must take all of your trash to the bins located in the garage.
