About our property - Welcome to our gorgeous condo right in the middle of all the action! You will have the entire spacious floor to yourself and will be just blocks from Civic Center, Denver Center of Performing Arts, Colorado Convention Center, 16th Street Mall, the Colorado State Capital, the Mint, and the hottest dining and nightlife spots downtown. Modern and upscale, this top of the line unit offers the best of Denver.

SkyLine Hotel - Located in Downtown Denver
Skyline Denver offers some of the most luxurious and exclusive accommodations in all of Denver. In addition to offering a luxury penthouse and four additional condos, Skyline Denver also offers a private event space and rooftop.
On the 7th floor is Denver's most exclusive and sought after Rooftop Patio. The rooftop patio is just under 4,000 square feet and is capable of hosting unforgettable private parties and events. The rooftop patio has 360 degree unobstructed views of the Denver Skyline and the Rocky Mountains from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak.

Check In & Check OUt Instructions
Check-In
You should have already received your check-in instructions from a member of our team, but if you have any further questions about the floor or the building please do not hesitate to ask.
Please make sure to have the key fob with you at all times. You will need it to access the building and your unit.
Please make sure you are entering and exiting the building through the glass doors in the lobby.
Enjoy Free WIFI
You will receive your WIFI user name and password upon check-in.
Check Out
- Check out time is at 10AM
- You must take all of your trash to the bins located in the garage.
- The trash bins are located in the garage, which is the door to the left of the reception desk. You will need your fob to get back into the lobby. All bags should be put into the black trash bins or purple recycling bins (does not matter which number). If the trash or recycling bins are full, place them on the ground next to the bins. Thank you!
- There is a $15 fee per bag not taken out.
- Please put all the towels in a pile in the bathroom.
- Do not remove any sheets or comforters from beds.
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
- Turn off all lights and appliances before leaving.
- Shut and lock all doors and windows.
- Please make sure to take all of your belongings with you, as we are not responsible for any items left behind.

House Rules
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own. If there is any damage or mess out of the ordinary, we will have to charge for excessive cleaning.
- This is a non-smoking home ($500 violation charge) - If you do smoke please can you do so outside away from the house and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside.
- Please no loud music after 10PM.
- No pets- $500 violation charge.
- No garage parking- $250/day violation.
- Lost Key Fob- $100 charge.

Maintenance Emergencies
Please call (720) 773-0709 if there are issues with the gas, flooding, major leaks, or loss of power
Wi-Fi Connectivity
Upon check-in, you will receive your username & password for free Wi-Fi during your stay.
Dishwasher
Please wash dishes as needed throughout your stay. There is dishwasher detergent located under the sink, as well as sponges and dish soap for larger cookware.
Laundry
Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer as needed throughout your stay. There are laundry pods in the laundry room.
