Skyline Rooftop Event Pricing

Event Pricing Includes

6 hour rental: 2 hours/set-up | 3 hours/event | 1 hour/breakdown
Hotel Ambassador for overseeing hotel policies on the day of the event.
Door attendant (1 per 75 guests).
1 hour meeting 1 month before for a final walkthrough with all vendor (DJ, Florists, photographers, band, etc.).
10 cocktail tables and black linens are available per request.
All rooftop furniture is included (fire table, sofas, lounge chairs). If you do not want to use our furniture for your event, you will need to pay a furniture removal fee of $1,500.
Catering and bar service not included.
Security may be required for certain events to be billed at an additional cost.

Booking Details:

Full payment and fully executed contract are required to lock event dates. Once booked the entire event fee is non-refundable.
A Security deposit hold will be placed on the card on file 3 days prior to the event. 40-100 guests $1000 | 100-145 guests $1500.
In the case of inclement weather can relocate your event to our 1st floor venue space but cannot split your event between both areas.
Any unanticipated guests that attend over the guest limit on the contract, will be billed a flat rate of $500 and $20/person to be deducted from the security deposit on file.
